Lucky Duck Records was
founded by Shawn Camfield and Dwayne Hankamer in 2009. In the
past year, we have assembled
an awesome roster of artists in the Texas Regional Music market.
Cornerstone groups like Still Standin Band and Hunter McKithan & the
Offenders have led to an ever-growing list of emerging new
artists.
Over the past year, sales of Lucky Duck ablums have grown +48% month over month
in the combination of physical and digital sales. David Grace has had two singles
in the Top 40 on both Texas Regional Radio Report and the Texas Music Chart.
Hunter McKithan & the Offenders are planning a 2011 release of their
next full length record, to be recording in Oklahoma by Mike McClure. There
are also several projects coming out of the Orange Ford Studio that are sure
to diversify the Lucky Duck catalog, as well as fuel the fire that began last

About Shawn Camfield: Shawn has
been a working musician and songwriter for the past 15 years.
He recieved his Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Advertising
from the University of Houston in 2003. Currently in addition
to running Lucky Duck, he is also President / CEO of Fuse Media
Corporation - which owns Lucky Duck Records, Epic Artist Agency,
Orange Ford Studios and Reverb Creative. Shawn currently resides
in Houston, Texas and on top of running the label, still plays
guitar live, writes songs and is active producing several projects.
About Dwayne Hankamer: Dwayne grew
up in a small town called Santa Fe just south of Houston, Texas.
He has been working in the music industry for over 6 years,
and has loved music his entire life. He received his Bachelor
Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear
Lake in 2005. When Dwayne is not working with musicians or bands
he likes to go out and watch live music. |
